Parenteral typhoid vaccine is an alternative to oral vaccine, but there is no parenteral cholera vaccine currently available, and no killed oral cholera vaccines are licensed in the United States. Chloroquine is still the drug of choice for sensitive malaria parasites although ACTs are used increasingly. Chloroquine is therefore used widely for P. vivax, P. malariae and P. ovale, but except in a very few areas has been replaced for P. falciparum treatment. The time-honoured oral chloroquine regimen of 25 mg base/kg spread over 3 days 10, 10, 5 or 10, 5, 5, 5 mg/kg at 24-hour intervals can be condensed into 36 hours of drug administration. Bout of very severe chill and cold. spleen enlarged by high extent. doctor initiated chloroquine lariago tablets and requested tests for Malaria, Typhoid and Kalazaar Black Fever. Test came positive for typhoid, negative for Malaria. So Malaria medicine stopped just after 1 day. Fever used to be very high – upto 104.

ANSWER: Typhoid and malaria are very different illnesses, caused by different disease organisms. Typhoid is usually transmitted by eating food or drinking water which has been contaminated by sewage or handled by someone else with typhoid fever. My question is though i I’ve been treated for typhoid before malaria is conformed why it has come again?
