    Lupus - mouth sores? What helps? lupus My mouth stays dry & my tongue is sore all over. There are raw places at the back of my tongue on both sides. Swishing salt water helps a little. Any quick home remedy ideas? I have an appt with her next week but in the meantime it's so uncomfortable. Hopefully the plaquenil will eventually help but it isn't yet.
