    Vitamins with plaquenil and pred. DailyStrength Just make sure that you check that there is no interactions with the plaquenil. I do think some supplements such as magnesium need to be taken 4 hours before/after plaquenil otherwise it can reduce drug absorption of plaquenil. As multi vit have magnesium you have to be careful of this.
